Well by definition a blog is an online diary; a personal chronological log of thoughts published on a Web page; also called Weblog, Web log (Reference Dictionary.com).

In other words it is just a collection of articles listed by their publish date.  In our case the Nokomis JROTC blog well be used to post news stories or events that may be going on.  It is kind of like an online newspaper but just about the Nokomis JROTC.  It is also a meeting place or community where multiple people come together to comment and share ideas or express an opinion on a certain article.

Not only well this blog keep cadets involved and informed on what is happening, it will also serve as a way for parents and others on the big world wide web to learn what JROTC at Nokomis is all about.

Hopefully that clears everything up if this is your first time on a blog.

Remember to think twice before submitting articles and pictures on the internet.  Once it is online, it is there forever!
