This handbook has been prepared to provide you, the cadet, with a better understanding of the Army Junior ROTC program here at Nokomis Regional High. This manual will help you succeed in this JROTC program.
ALL CADETS ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE CONTENTS OF THIS HANDBOOK.
Enrollment in this JROTC program is an important step toward insuring a successful future. Success in any career requires leadership ability. This leadership ability can be learned and developed. Through self-commitment and dedication, this is what our JROTC program is all about:
LEADERSHIP, RESPONSIBILITY, AND COMMITMENT AND CHALLENGE
Our basic goal is to help you develop into good citizens who are good leaders. You must never lose sight of the fact that you are first and foremost a citizen of your school, Nokomis Regional High, and the United States of America.
If you want to be a LEADER (“the one others are willing to follow, the one they respect and look up to”) then welcome to the Nokomis Regional High Army JROTC Corps of Cadets.
